What type of software is this?
Scapersoft is a web-based system, meaning that you can access it anywhere, any time, on any device. It is also known as a “SaaS” system which stands for software as a service. This means that you do not have to download anything onto your computer or mobile device. Instead, you access it simply by going to scapersoft.com and logging in to your account.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be happy with our software but since we utilize monthly recurring billing, refunds are not possible. However, you can cancel at any time. Yearly plans cannot be refunded.
Does your software work on mobile phones?
Absolutely. Our software and website are completely optimized for mobile devices.
Do you have a mobile app?
We do not offer a mobile app because our software is optimized to work easily and seamlessly on mobile devices.
Do you offer a free trial? Do I have to enter payment information?
We offer a free 5 day trial and no credit card information is necessary to start. If you decide to register, we will collect your payment info at that time.
What features are available on the free trial?
All features will be available on the free trial except for the text message module due to specific registration requirements. When the user upgrades, those features will only be available on the Pro and Enterprise plans (not the Lite Plan).
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Just send an email to email@example.com with your request.
Can I switch to upgraded plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Is my information safe?
Your information is 100% safe. We utilize state of the art encryption services that make sure your data is yours and no one else’s.
Can I download or export my information?
Yes, we offer exporting tools on our Pro and Enterprise plans.
What type of support do you offer?
We offer world-class email support with a 60 minute response time or less. We also offer live chat on our homepage.
What are your customer service hours?
We strive to provide top-notch customer support in the quickest and most efficient manner possible. We respond to all emails within 24 hours however, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 60 minutes. On weekends, response time is 48 hours or less and we respond to all emails based on priority and level or urgency. Our live chat is available throughout the day as a customer service representative becomes available. If a representative is not available to chat, please use the chat box messaging system and we will respond as soon as possible.
