Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Terms

ScaperSoft offers a single paid subscription plan available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to recurring billing for the selected period until cancellation.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No further payments will be charged after the current billing period ends.

  • Access to paid features will expire automatically at the end of the billing cycle.

Cancellation does not terminate access immediately unless requested.


Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.

ScaperSoft does not provide refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods

  • Unused subscription time

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Early cancellation during an active billing cycle

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails:

  • Access to paid features may be suspended.

  • We may attempt to reprocess the payment.

  • Continued payment failure may result in automatic subscription cancellation.
