Migrate to the New version
Option 1: Trial Period (15-Day Trial on New Version)
By selecting the Trial Period option, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Trial Duration
You will be given a 15-day trial period to test the new version of our website with your data migrated. The trial will start on the date of migration. - Data Migration for Trial
Your existing data will be migrated to the new version solely for the purpose of the trial. During the trial, you will be able to continue using the older version alongside the new version. - Data Retention During Trial
Any new data or modifications made in the new version during the trial period will be temporary and deleted at the end of the trial period, regardless of whether you decide to continue with the new version or revert to the older version. - Data in the Older Version
All data created in the older version will remain intact and fully accessible during the trial period. The trial data in the new version will not affect or alter any of your existing data in the older version. - Decision at the End of the Trial
After the 15-day trial period, you will need to make a decision as to whether you want to:- Continue with the new version: If you choose this option, all trial data will be deleted, and your data from the older version will be re-migrated to the new version. You will then have access to your new account on the new version, and you will not be able to revert to the older version in the future.
- Return to the older version: If you choose this option, all trial data will be deleted, and you will continue using the older version. You will not be able to migrate to the new version in the future unless you contact customer support to request a migration after the decision.
- Access During Trial
While on the trial, you will have full access to the new version’s features but will still be able to use the older version simultaneously without any interruption to its operation. - Support After Trial Decision
If you choose to stay on the older version after the trial but later decide you want to migrate to the new version, you can contact our support team to initiate the migration. The migration request will be handled based on availability and our support process. - Subscription Adjustments
Your subscription balance will be adjusted accordingly, and the trial period will not count toward your paid subscription time.

By selecting the Direct Migration option, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Data Migration
Your data will be fully migrated to the new version of our platform, including all your current settings, records, and content. - Irreversible Migration
Once migrated, you will not be able to revert to the older version. Any attempt to access the older version after migration will not be possible, and you will be permanently on the new version. - Subscription Adjustments
Your subscription balance will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the migration to the newer, cheaper subscription plan. This may include adding extra subscription duration based on your remaining balance. - Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with the migration, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms, and you agree to abide by them. You also confirm that you understand the irreversible nature of this migration. - Feature Availability
After migration, you will have full access to the new version’s features, with the option to adjust or upgrade your subscription as per your requirements.

- Invoice and estimate sending options will be disabled. You will not be able to send invoices or estimates during the trial period.
